Located in the basement of the Hotel Marcel at Gramercy, this subterranean space takes its inspiration from the Arctic Circle. Exposed brick walls painted metallic silver, faceted mirrors and dangling crystal chandeliers glisten like icicles. The motif is completed with plush faux-fur pillows piled upon oversized tufted banquettes, all of which makes for a swanky yet comfy lounge. Although the main area holds a mere 100 patrons, those in search of a more private getaway can reserve one of the three igloo-esque dens.
