The Hudson debuted in a Santa Monica Boulevard space notorious for high turnover. Decor is a bit more sophisticated than the past tenant, Boulevard Lounge, but in actuality it feels very similar. After dark is when The Hudson truly shines: with a large cocktail list perfect for the “Hills” set. The Hudson make a great, no-fuss meeting spot for friends where you are likely to get a table, get a decent meal, have a few drinks and even dance a bit later if the mood strikes – DJs spin here later at night giving the spot a laidback feel.
