I celebrated a joint birthday party using BBS at Gansevoort Park and I couldn't have made a better choice. They make you feel super special and take care of everything for you, no hassles!!! Cristina made sure to check in with me and took care of my guest list before I got there. She answered every question I had and concerns about the venue via email. She was quick to follow up with me!!! So thank you Cristina and BBS!!! You guys made such a memorable night for me and my friends!!!!!

I booked Birthday Bottle Service at Gansevoort Park Avenue Rooftop for a friend's birthday. The night was great. We had about 15-17 guests that got there by around 11pm and all got in with the least amount of hassle. We weren't really able to find a place to sit because it got really packed that night (Saturday). But this was expected as we had only booked the free service. The drinks were good, and the ambiance was great. Cristina was super prompt and clear in her communications. Would recommend booking with them for sure!

Birthday Bottle Service is a great company. I helped my friend get set up with a table, guest list, and bottle at a NYC club. We had an issue with the venue when we arrived, but Cristina, from Birthday Bottle Service, was very helpful and able to help us sort out the problem. The rest of the night ran smoothly and everyone had a great time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I too, will be using them for my birthday coming up next month.

I used Birthday Bottle Service in November to organize a night for my friends birthday. Cristina and Abe were extremely helpful in setting up our reservation with extremely prompt and helpful responses. We went with the Gansevoort on Park and purchased the buy one get one free deal. We didn't have to wait in any line and were able to walk right into the place. We had a pretty big party of around 18-20 people and they set us up in an area right away. The service was good and the deal was awesome. My only complaint would be for the Gansevoort. They charged a $50 fee for something I don't recall previously discussing and for the BOGO deal, one of the bottles must be Absolut. Overall, Birthday Bottle Service is awesome! I would definitely recommend it to anyone and would use this service again!

Birthday Bottle Service was amazing! Cristina was great at communicating via email and working with me and my party size that seem to vary everyday from the original amount of people I told her were initially coming. Arrived by 11:30 as she should I should, was taken to the table right away with no problem and ordered the bottles later in the night without a hassle. Prices were great as well and matched what they had on site. Which was very affordable for NYC bottle service (M1-5) Had a blast. Would definitely recommend this service to anyone!

I used BBS for my birthday celebration planning. Cristina was nothing but helpful and gave me great advice on where to go. We ended up doing buy one bottle, get one free at Slate. We all had a great time and I will definitely be telling all my friends about BBS!

Birthday Bottle Service had my back since day one. I planned my engagement party 3 months in advance and inquired BBS to help me with planning. Cristina was incredible. She helped me pick out the venue and assured me that the reservation was going to be made. When my party grew to over 30 people she assured me it will still be ok. Low and behold when we showed up to Gansevoort park for the surprise, our guests were all there right in the front corner and tables were set with bottles all ready to go! Perfect planning and I can't ask for a better experience. Thanks for making the engagement special and we will be using BBS services again.

The customer service with BBS was great and everything was as billed. We did the Buy 2 Get 1 Free deal at The DL for our friend's bachelor party and the process was seamless. We worked with Cristina from BBS, who was prompt and comprehensive in her responses to my many questions regarding logistics, payment, etc. The DL itself has gotten a slightly more "meatpacking-y" crowd than before, which has its positives and negatives. So take that for what it's worth. But in general I would definitely recommend the DL (Isabella was a great server) and especially BBS to help organize your next big event with your friends.

I celebrated my 26th Birthday at Slate and had an amazing time! I filled out the form on the website and less than 15 mins Cristina contacted me. She asked me the basic questions, such as how many people are in your party. The day before the party, Cristina sent me a confirmation e-mail. We got to the venue with no issues and had two bottles of feel good(lolz). Overall, it was a great night and I suggest BBS to anyone who wants to celebrate their BDAY with a BANG! Thanks Cristina!
